Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Blas Uhin made the kick off which started today's match. Guillermo Cordero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Uhin in the 4th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Corrientes FC's Zeledon Lucian tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Trinchera's Denis Furman got control of the ball when Mauro Bartolome tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauro Bartolome's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Furman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Uriel Gelacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Gelacio in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Cordero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Denis Furman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute of the match, Dalmacio Hodei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Denis Furman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiberto Abascal was the one to do the kick off. If Uriel Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Abascal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Furman having to make a save. Trinchera's Denis Furman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Abascal in the 69th minute of play. Denis Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Corrientes FC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zeledon Lucian, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Trinchera's Denis Furman. 1-0. A collision led to Trinchera getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Blas Uhin hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Mauro Bartolome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uriel Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Furman didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Corrientes FC's Filiberto Abascal shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Trinchera's Dario Quilino got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Trinchera's Generoso Lizer got a free kick in the 99th minute.
