Laureano Gutxi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Miguel Gregory when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Lastra AFC defense, Bonifacio Paul kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Gregory. The Lastra AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Gregory should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Bonifacio Paul took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Miguel Gregory to make any attempt to save it. Lorenzo Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Ciano having to interfere. Bonifacio Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Pagomari hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Laureano Gutxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Gregory having to interfere. Evaristo Rufo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Virgilio Bras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Ciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Lorenzo Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Laureano Gutxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gilberto Mitxaut fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lastra AFC's protests and gave Gilberto Mitxaut a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lastra AFC's Gilberto Mitxaut got a free kick in the 45th minute. Miguel Gregory took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Johans to strike the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Feliu charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Feliu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Taquimilán AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Teofilo Feliu hit a great ball. Lorenzo Johans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Isaias Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lastra AFC booed when Taquimilán AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Normando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaias Ciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Johans in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Laureano Gutxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bonifacio Paul in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Gregory saved Lastra AFC from getting behind. Lorenzo Johans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Isaias Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofilo Feliu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Taquimilán AFC's goalkeeper Isaias Ciano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Taquimilán AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lastra AFC for a fine match.
