In the 13th minute of the match Joaquin Salvino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Unai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dante Unai was a little too slow when Efrain Eskuin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Hilario Baraquiel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Unai came out and tried to block the shot, but Hilario Baraquiel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 31st minute, Tomas Havier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Eskuin, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Taurino made a kick off. Martin Mateo might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Elia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Mateo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd minute, Rolando Taurino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Taurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rolando Taurino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Elia having to interfere.
