Unanué FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ushuaia AFC the free kick. The supporters of Ushuaia AFC booed when Unanué FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Bento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Ixidor hit a great ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Geronimo Colas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ushuaia AFC's Dionisio Maule was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Norberto Roldanillo made the kick off in the second half. Hector Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Dionisio Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Colas in the 85th minute of play. Dionisio Maule came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Unanué FC's Geronimo Colas. But to his dismay, Geronimo Colas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. After 93 minutes, Geronimo Colas made it 5-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ushuaia AFC's Dionisio Maule tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ushuaia AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
