The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Jorge Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zentena FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Argina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Bide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Jorge Argina put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban Bide. Guido Izel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Playo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Mariano Blasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zentena FC's Guido Izel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Zentena FC's Sixto Rio got a free kick in the 28th minute. Leo Sandaili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mariano Blasco came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Garuhapé FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Blasco couldn't finish the play. Guido Izel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Blasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Fabian Frances got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Garuhapé FC's Esteban Bide got control of the ball when Jorge Argina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristo Valente's late challenge caught a Garuhapé FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Valente helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zentena FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Cristo Valente hit a great ball. Anier Donostia was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Frances to make the kick off. Guido Izel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Blasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Zentena FC's Cristo Valente got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 67th minute, Jorge Argina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Blasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Zentena FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Eusebio Diegotxe hit a great ball. Damaso Jax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Izel having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Garuhapé FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Blasco to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Zentena FC got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Rio. With a little luck, Zentena FC's Guido Izel got control of the ball when Leo Sandaili tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Garuhapé FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
