The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anier Harri helped the player get up and apologised. Choromoro's Adriana Gomesano got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Modesto Tallia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Sustrai in the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Saladillo getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Anier Harri hit a great ball. Mariano Paz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Moises Tino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Choromoro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saladillo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Choromoro's Moises Tino got a free kick in the 26th minute. Choromoro's Mariano Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Havier in the 27th minute of play. When Choromoro's Adriana Gomesano in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mariano Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Havier in the 38th minute of play. Modesto Tallia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriana Gomesano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes Saladillo got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Vincent.

In the 55th minute, Constantino Vincent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Constantino Vincent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Paz having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Choromoro's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Havier came free, but Mariano Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cecilio Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Vincent in the 69th minute of play forced Choromoro's goalkeeper Mariano Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anier Harri in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cecilio Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Etor in the 80th minute of play forced Choromoro's goalkeeper Mariano Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Adriana Gomesano sped through Saladillo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Modesto Tallia. 97 minutes into the match, Choromoro's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Havier came free, but Mariano Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Choromoro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Choromoro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
