The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Codihué's Venancio Gorbea got a free kick in the 4th minute. Tadeo Urbez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tadeo Urbez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Baldovino in the 17th minute of the match. Constantino Baldovino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Urbez having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Constantino Baldovino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Urbez. Balde FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Baldovino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Orlando Palben hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Melquiades Manny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Dorio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Venancio Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Balde FC's Jeremias Ladio got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Melquiades Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomiro Hanot kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Rolando Mikolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rolando Mikolas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rolando Mikolas scored 2-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonatan Dorio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61stth minute of the game Melquiades Manny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Codihué's Jonatan Dorio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Codihué booed when Balde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Manny didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Rolando Mikolas sped through Codihué's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonatan Dorio. Jonatan Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Manny in the 81st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Tadeo Urbez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Teodoro Serapio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Orlando Palben hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Melquiades Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Palben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Dorio having to make a save.
