The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Nofre in the 4th minute of play forced Pipinas's goalkeeper Cristian Lizardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Jonatan Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pipinas's Cristian Lizardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Nofre in the 16th minute of play. Salvador Olayo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Primitivo Ondino made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Cordearo. Abel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Emiliano Laurin kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Silverio Nofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pipinas's Cristian Lizardi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jonatan Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Teodoro Bazil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Bazil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Rami hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pipinas's Honorato Ondino tried to score from far away in the 49th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonatan Meder to make the kick off. Nemesio Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Meder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Rami hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Jonatan Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nemesio Cordearo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nemesio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Ondino in the 60th minute of the match. Nemesio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Meder in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Jonatan Meder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pipinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Meder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Abel's Teodoro Bazil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Lizardi. That made the score 1-1 after 76 minutes of play. After 80th play minutes Primitivo Ondino shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Nemesio Cordearo and just under the crossbar into goal. Benedicto Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Primitivo Ondino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nemesio Cordearo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Meder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
