Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Teodoro Bazil started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Teodoro Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Jacinto Silban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silverio Nofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Gutxi made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pastor Intxixu during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mercedes AFC's Pastor Intxixu got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Alejo Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Cordearo having to interfere. Abel's Silverio Nofre got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saturnino Iruinea kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Mercedes AFC's Arnaldo Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Bazil in the 35th minute of play. Mercedes AFC's Arnaldo Gutxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Silverio Nofre got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Arnaldo Gutxi made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Silverio Nofre sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Saturnino Iruinea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Abel's Gabriel Gartzea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
After 52 played minutes, Mercedes AFC's Teofilo Gabino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nemesio Cordearo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mercedes AFC reached it. The supporters of Mercedes AFC booed when Abel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Rainerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Jacinto Silban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abel's Nemesio Cordearo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Nofre in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Jacinto Silban notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Abel's Nemesio Cordearo. Nemesio Cordearo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Silban in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nemesio Cordearo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Silverio Nofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Teodoro Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Gutxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Mercedes AFC's Jacinto Silban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nemesio Cordearo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Salvador Olayo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Olayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes Abel got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Olayo. Blas Orlo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Abel's Sixto Rami got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Alejo Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Cordearo having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Teodoro Bazil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Gutxi. Mercedes AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Bazil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 94 minutes, Damian Neron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abel and the Mercedes AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Abel got a freekick which was hit by Damian Neron. Alejo Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mercedes AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
