Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 16th minute, Glew AFC's Celestino Nicholas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 19th match minute, Glew AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Oso to maneuver through the defense. If Alejo Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the match, Protestante's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Nicholas came free, but Julian Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Celestino Nicholas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glew AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celestino Nicholas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Pelagius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Celestino Nicholas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julian Pelagius. Celestino Nicholas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Carlos Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Celestino Nicholas came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Glew AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Nicholas couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Protestante's zone, Carlos Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Pelagius came out of the goal and Carlos Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Ramone made a kick off. In the 56th minute of the match Diego Errando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian Pelagius skillfully saved the ball. Marco Miro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 58th playminute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Todor during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Protestante's Carolo Todor got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Julian Pelagius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Galindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Julian Pelagius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Galindo in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Pelagius saved Protestante from getting behind. Julian Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Galindo in the 72nd minute of play. Edelmiro Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteve Nesto kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Carlos Galindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Marco Miro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Protestante's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Miro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Glew AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
