Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roman Sayvion started the match with the kick off. When Angelino Diegotxe came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Paternal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelino Diegotxe couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Sayvion in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaston Quinito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Languileo AFC's zone, Angelino Diegotxe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Quinito came out of the goal and Angelino Diegotxe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Saturnino Bernebe made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Segundo Ospin sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Paternal FC's Esteban Artizar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Esteban Artizar's late challenge caught a Languileo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Artizar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Esteban Artizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Paternal FC's Saturnino Bernebe got control of the ball when Segundo Ospin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bonifacio Casomiro came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Languileo AFC fans jumped to their feet. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Casomiro to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Paternal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Ospin came free, but Saturnino Bernebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
