Gómez FC's Baldomero Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Cordarrell in the 9th minute of play. Baldomero Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Restu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Severo Quinto took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Kimetz. Aristides Kimetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gómez FC's Leonides Selmo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 40th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonides Selmo made a kick off. Aristides Kimetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Selmo in the 52nd minute of play. Gómez FC's Leonides Selmo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Severo Quinto notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Perrugorría FC's Aristides Kimetz. Aristides Kimetz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Mogel during the 62nd minute.
