Evaristo Chorache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Estevon having to make a save. Isidoro Nalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Chorache in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Estevon saved Amanal from getting behind. If Isidoro Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Escobar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Lertxun to maneuver through the defense. Honorato Nicholas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vinicio Remigio charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Remigio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Amanal getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vinicio Remigio hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Matias Bazkoare dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Oso, 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, Escobar FC's goalkeeper Samuel Oso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Bertran. Samuel Oso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Bazkoare in the 35th minute of the match. Fabio Bertran struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Samuel Oso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amanal. In the 44th match minute, Escobar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Igon to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Matias Bazkoare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Oso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Bazkoare in the 47th minute of play forced Escobar FC's goalkeeper Samuel Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Isidoro Nalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Estevon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Nalo ran back to his position shaking his head. Evaristo Chorache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ernesto Estevon made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Isidoro Nalo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Escobar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Matias Bazkoare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Samuel Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Nalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Estevon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. If Evaristo Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amanal's goalkeeper Ernesto Estevon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Nalo in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Nicanor Lertxun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Oso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Bazkoare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Bazkoare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Fabio Bertran notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Escobar FC's Samuel Oso. Samuel Oso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
