Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lorien started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Justino Admon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Anaya in the 3rd minute. If Justo Anaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 8th minute, Santiago Lano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Augusto Bero fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maza FC's protests and gave Augusto Bero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Colegiales booed when Maza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Bero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Colegiales's Rodolfo Mon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jeronimo Nayely came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colegiales reached it. Colegiales's Justino Admon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lorien in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justo Anaya got free with Justino Admon in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Emiliano Damario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Marcelino Berdaitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Justino Admon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 28th minute Santiago Lano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Nayely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lorien in the 30th minute of play forced Colegiales's goalkeeper Justino Admon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maza FC's Jeronimo Nayely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Dalmai in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Justo Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Anaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justino Admon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

After 52 played minutes Colegiales got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Arlo. After 54 minutes, Justo Anaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maza FC and the Colegiales players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60thth minute of the game Mariano Lorien who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colegiales's Justino Admon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodolfo Mon hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Mariano Lorien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Anaya took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justino Admon. Justino Admon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 75 minutes into the match, Justo Anaya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justino Admon. Colegiales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justo Anaya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jeronimo Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Lano in the 81st minute of play. Jeronimo Nayely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Santiago Lano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the game, Domingos Lia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colegiales the free kick. A collision led to Maza FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Domingos Lia hit a great ball. If Domingo Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colegiales's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
