When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Zacarias Raulo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Bernardino Sanduru to make any attempt to save it. Godofredo Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Sanduru having to interfere. Godofredo Sesuldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Pudes kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Lino Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Lico scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ubaldo Telo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Lino Lonzo came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Taquello AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Lonzo couldn't finish the play. Bernardino Sanduru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Sesuldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th match minute, Sunchal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Bernard to maneuver through the defense. Lino Lonzo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ubaldo Telo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taquello AFC. Paulo Lico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ubaldo Telo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Taquello AFC booed when Sunchal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Raulo scored 2-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardino Sanduru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Lonzo to make the kick off. Ernesto Pudes's late challenge caught a Taquello AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Pudes helped the player get up and apologised. After recieving a nice pass, Taquello AFC's Dionisio Neto tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ubaldo Telo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Lonzo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Lino Lonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Telo having to interfere. When Virgilio Tuste fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunchal's protests and gave Virgilio Tuste a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Sunchal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Tuste to maneuver through the defense. After 97 played minutes, Sunchal's Julian Ihintza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardino Sanduru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sunchal reached it. Godofredo Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Bernardino Sanduru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Taquello AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sunchal.
