Sauce's Guaberto Chap got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Illan charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Illan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Guaberto Chap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Ubendu having to interfere. Samuel Cordarin charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 15th match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Cordarin to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Guaberto Chap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sauce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Chap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Guillermo Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillermo Su fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Erramu having to interfere. Guaberto Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Benet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Ubendu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Seguí's Emilio Erramu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Chap in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Guillermo Su managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sauce's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Su was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Erramu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sauce getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Denis Urbez hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ildefonso Benet to make the kick off. Emilio Erramu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Su in the 52nd minute of the match. Rodolfo Ubendu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Normando in the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Guillermo Su managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Seguí booed when Sauce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Cordarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ildefonso Benet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th match minute, Seguí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Paulin to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Guillermo Su shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Erramu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Seguí's zone, Guaberto Chap stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Erramu came out of the goal and Guaberto Chap tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Seguí getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Samuel Fraco hit a great ball. Guaberto Chap who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Emilio Erramu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rodolfo Ubendu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Benet in the 77th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Ildefonso Benet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Ramiro Normando made a precise shot to the right of Rodolfo Ubendu. Sauce's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Paulo Baudelio kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Seguí's goalkeeper Emilio Erramu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ildefonso Benet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Ubendu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Seguí's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
