Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fernan Aimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Havier, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Inocencio Havier made a precise shot to the right of Fernan Aimar. Malbrán AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fidel Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Fernan Aimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Inocencio Havier came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Anquincila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Havier couldn't finish the play. Fernan Aimar came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Anquincila's Fidel Brun. But to his dismay, Fidel Brun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Malbrán AFC booed when Anquincila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Martino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Anquincila's Inocencio Havier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Aimar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Inocencio Havier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anquincila's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Havier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Aimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Brun in the 30th minute of play forced Malbrán AFC's goalkeeper Fernan Aimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Malbrán AFC's Horacio Bernal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dario Luix. Dario Luix yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Astigar got free with Dario Luix in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 played minutes Malbrán AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Balendin. Dario Luix made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Angelo Astigar sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Benigno Karlo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Malbrán AFC's goalkeeper Fernan Aimar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inocencio Havier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Angelo Astigar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Luix. Anquincila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Astigar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 64 minutes, Arnaldo Estavan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anquincila and the Malbrán AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Arnaldo Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Luix having to interfere. Fidel Brun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernan Aimar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Anquincila's Fidel Brun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Aimar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anquincila's Dario Luix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Karlo in the 71st minute of play. If Benigno Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Aimar made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Inocencio Havier sent off a good shot on target. Fidel Brun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernan Aimar having to make a save. Malbrán AFC's Fernan Aimar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Malbrán AFC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horacio Bernal during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Malbrán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Bernal to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute of the match, Fidel Brun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernan Aimar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
