Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Abel Oto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Andrade's zone, Luis Llope stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Salvino came out of the goal and Luis Llope tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Andrade's goalkeeper Arnaldo Salvino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Faro's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Elivareo came free, but Epifanio Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match Andrade got a corner. Faro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baltasar Castel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pablo Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Jurdan's late challenge caught a Andrade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Jurdan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Faro getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Victor Jurdan hit a great ball. Faro's Epifanio Mannie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Eliazar in the 39th minute of play. Silvestre Elivareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Mannie having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Andrade's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Marcones came free, but Arnaldo Salvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Elivareo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Andrade got a freekick which was hit by Siro Luken. Faro's Epifanio Mannie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Faro from getting a goal against them. Luis Llope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Salvino having to interfere. Luis Llope struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Arnaldo Salvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Faro. Godofredo Marcones might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnaldo Salvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godofredo Marcones ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvestre Elivareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Epifanio Mannie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Luken in the 91st minute of play forced Faro's goalkeeper Epifanio Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Godofredo Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Marcones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
