Peralta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Chepe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Gilen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Eneto having to interfere. If Gogo Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Poz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Meendez in the 14th minute of play. Danilo Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Peralta AFC's Leonides Meendez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rene Poz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Peralta AFC's Victoriano Eneto got control of the ball when Gogo Cilio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victoriano Eneto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gogo Cilio in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, Junín FC's Danilo Primeiro got a free kick in the 35th minute. Rene Poz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Dimo in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Junín FC's Geronimo Gilen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Benigno Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Silverio Dimo made the kick off in the second half. Peralta AFC's Victoriano Eneto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Gilen in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Montrelle during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Peralta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Montrelle. 69 minutes into the match, Peralta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Gilen came free, but Victoriano Eneto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peralta AFC's Victoriano Eneto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Gilen in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Peralta AFC booed when Junín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Primeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Silverio Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Dimo in the 86th minute of play forced Junín FC's goalkeeper Rene Poz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Junín FC's goalkeeper Rene Poz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonides Meendez. Rene Poz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Meendez in the 89th minute of the match. Leonides Meendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rene Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Junín FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
