Santiago Dayam took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofilo Aballe. Teofilo Aballe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mauro Froylan might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Aballe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Froylan ran back to his position shaking his head. If Israel Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Santiago Dayam fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siján AFC's protests and gave Santiago Dayam a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Siján AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Dayam to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Eder in the 22nd minute of play forced Siján AFC's goalkeeper Cristian Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Dayam in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Antonio Galoer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Israel Eder came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Luisiana AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Eder couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Eder in the 36th minute of play forced Siján AFC's goalkeeper Cristian Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Cloyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Antonio Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Teofilo Aballe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Dayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Luisiana AFC's zone, Santiago Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teofilo Aballe came out of the goal and Santiago Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Dayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Teofilo Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
