Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaston Lauro kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Emanuel Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espín AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Cutberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Quinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 13 played minutes, Cienaguita FC's Leonardo Gau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jeronimo Etxeberri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cienaguita FC reached it. Zeledon Meendez struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Jeronimo Etxeberri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cienaguita FC. Espín AFC's Jeronimo Etxeberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Meendez in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Zeledon Meendez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cienaguita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Meendez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Espín AFC got a freekick which was hit by Astor Guilabertus. In the 38th minute Gaston Lauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Etxeberri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Lauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Etxeberri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Cutberto to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaston Lauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Meendez got free with Jeronimo Etxeberri in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Espín AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Lauro came free, but Jeronimo Etxeberri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes Espín AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Nahia. Emanuel Cutberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Javier Quinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gaston Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Etxeberri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Meendez in the 77th minute. Astor Guilabertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81st play minutes Emanuel Cutberto shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Javier Quinton and just under the crossbar into goal. Jeronimo Etxeberri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Lauro in the 85th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Espín AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Victoro. A hard shot 87 in the game by Zeledon Meendez from a close distance when the talented Jeronimo Etxeberri managed to make a qualified save. Espín AFC's players were relieved. Astor Guilabertus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Javier Quinton having to make a save. Espín AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
