Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ermegildo Gauargi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Rolando Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodolfo Belmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltasar Papo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Mercedes FC's Baltasar Papo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaime Petri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jaime Petri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Papo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Ermegildo Gauargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Gutxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Baltasar Papo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jaime Petri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ermegildo Gauargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Mercedes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Belmiro came free, but Evelio Gutxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Fe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jaime Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mercedes FC booed when Amuschina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Brais didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Amuschina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mercedes FC were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Papo made a kick off. In the 54th minute Mercedes FC were awarded a corner. Cecilio Jokin went to the cornerflag to take it. Rodolfo Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Gutxi having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Mercedes FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Felipillo. Feliberto Tonete, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ermegildo Gauargi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Belmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rodolfo Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Fe might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Petri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Fe ran back to his position shaking his head. Rodolfo Belmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Evelio Gutxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Amuschina's goalkeeper Jaime Petri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Petri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Papo in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Gauargi in the 87th minute of play forced Mercedes FC's goalkeeper Evelio Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Clodio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Papo in the 90th minute of play forced Amuschina's goalkeeper Jaime Petri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Mercedes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Seber came free, but Evelio Gutxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mercedes FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
