In the 3rd minute Feliciano Illart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 4 played minutes Potrerillo got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Romildo. If Feliciano Illart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pastor Bartoli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simon Matthew. Algarrobal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Justino Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Potrerillo's Justino Garci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Lando in the 25th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Dario Chico put in a rough tackle. 47 minutes into the game, Algarrobal's Feliciano Illart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Justino Garci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

Lino Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Matthew having to interfere. Paulino Loreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Matthew having to interfere. Feliciano Illart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Justino Garci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Maximino Romildo fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Potrerillo's protests and gave Maximino Romildo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Algarrobal booed when Potrerillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Romildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Matthew showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Loreto in the 70th minute of the match. Lino Nicholas struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Simon Matthew didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potrerillo. If Lino Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Nicholas in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Simon Matthew, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lino Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Loreto in the 91st minute of play forced Algarrobal's goalkeeper Simon Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Matthew made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Lino Nicholas sent off a good shot on target. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
