Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paulino Loreto got the match started through his kick off. If Paulino Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Faustino Beremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Loreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Potrerillo were furious when Christian Celio was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Potrerillo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! In the 28th minute there was a penalty for Cañani. Domingos Seme stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Justino Garci. 1-0. Cesar Llorian's late challenge caught a Cañani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Llorian helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Frantzes hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Jose Frantzes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Potrerillo getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Maximino Romildo hit a great ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Jose Frantzes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cañani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Frantzes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Justino Garci was a little too slow when Daniel Rik got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-0. When Jose Frantzes came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Cañani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Frantzes couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When Daniel Rik came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Cañani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Rik couldn't finish the play. If Federico Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Cañani got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Su. When Federico Enekoitz came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Potrerillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Enekoitz couldn't finish the play. Justino Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Frantzes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Garci having to interfere. Justino Garci came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Cañani's Daniel Rik. But to his dismay, Daniel Rik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to Potrerillo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Maximino Romildo hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Lino Nicholas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Faustino Beremundo, passed just outside the right post. 95 minutes into the match, Cañani's goalkeeper Faustino Beremundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Nicholas. Cañani's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
