Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Giro started the match with the kick off. If Vinicio Bingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jaime Giro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yoca's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Giro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Cordarin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Simoca's zone, Jaime Giro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteve Cordarin came out of the goal and Jaime Giro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Simoca booed when Yoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amado Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Eulalio Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Leoncio in the 23rd minute of the match. Eulalio Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Demesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Vinicio Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Jaime Giro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Giro in the 38th minute of play forced Simoca's goalkeeper Esteve Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jaime Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simoca's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jaime Giro 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Simoca's Vinicio Bingen got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Jaime Giro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eulalio Ihazintu made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Sixto Demesio sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateo Feliz during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Yoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Feliz to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Dantae took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eulalio Ihazintu. Yoca's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jaime Giro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Esteve Cordarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Giro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Giro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Cordarin having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Yoca's Leon Peruanton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteve Cordarin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Simoca got a freekick which was hit by Santo Leoncio. Esteve Cordarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Giro, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Vinicio Bingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eulalio Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Simoca's goalkeeper Esteve Cordarin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Simoca players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yoca.
