In the 14th minute, Benjamin Frans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Nacimiento FC booed when Sesteadero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Nafarroa in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Urbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Nacimiento FC's zone, Ramon Matei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Inguma came out of the goal and Ramon Matei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-1 became the score in the 38th minute when Raul Aurre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 42nd minute David Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Inguma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Frans struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Eloy Urbasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacimiento FC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramon Matei to strike the kick off in the second half. Sesteadero's Desiderio Gudesteo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Everardo Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Desiderio Gudesteo during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ramon Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Nacimiento FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Silverio Lidon hit a great ball. The Nacimiento FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sesteadero's performance. The match ended with a win for Sesteadero.
