Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Placido Tavio got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes, Euskadi's Godofredo Panpili shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Salvador Shepherd came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Euskadi reached it. In the 6th minute Placido Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Fernado in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salvador Shepherd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Fernado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Estavan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gerardo Uhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Eloy Venceslas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Placido Tavio sped through Maco AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Salvador Shepherd. In the 33rd minute Placido Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mariano Fernado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maco AFC's Eloy Venceslas got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleuterio Estavan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Uhin having to interfere. Gerardo Uhin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Venceslas, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Eleuterio Estavan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Uhin having to interfere. Eloy Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Gerardo Uhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Maco AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Euskadi were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eloy Venceslas to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Maco AFC's goalkeeper Salvador Shepherd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Fernado. If Humberto Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Eleuterio Estavan made a precise shot to the right of Gerardo Uhin. Euskadi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Placido Tavio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Salvador Shepherd 70 minutes into the match. Eloy Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gerardo Uhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Fernado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Shepherd having to make a save. Eloy Venceslas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salvador Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Roland in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Euskadi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
