Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eduardo Serafo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Joaquin Tiadoro fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viamonte's protests and gave Joaquin Tiadoro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Cachipampa. Dionisio Teofilio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Raul Maurino. 0-1. When Nemesio Frechoso fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachipampa's protests and gave Nemesio Frechoso a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cachipampa's Nemesio Frechoso got a free kick in the 10th minute. Genaro Jaunzuria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Claude read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Viamonte's zone, Rogelio Chinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raul Maurino came out of the goal and Rogelio Chinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Chinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Raul Maurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Urre in the 24th minute of play forced Viamonte's goalkeeper Raul Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogelio Chinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Claude made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Jaunzuria in the 30th minute. Viamonte's Eduardo Serafo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Cachipampa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Viamonte:s goal. Jose Claude went to the wrong direction when Esteve Quico was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cachipampa's zone, Genaro Jaunzuria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Claude came out of the goal and Genaro Jaunzuria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Chinto was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Melquiades Admon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachipampa's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Admon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Maurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Rogelio Chinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Chinto in the 67th minute of play forced Viamonte's goalkeeper Raul Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Urre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Raul Maurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Zeledon Urre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachipampa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Urre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 75 played minutes Viamonte got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Tiadoro. Cachipampa's Dionisio Teofilio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Viamonte. Genaro Jaunzuria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute of the match Gervasio Mendiko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose Claude skillfully saved the ball. Rogelio Chinto hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteve Quico during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Viamonte got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Quico. In the 95th minute of the match Alejandro Edwardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Maurino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cachipampa's Melquiades Admon got a free kick in the 95th minute. Jose Claude came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Viamonte's Eduardo Serafo. But to his dismay, Eduardo Serafo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
