Felix Xabier was extremely unlucky when he, in the 2nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rigoberto Lekubegi was a little too slow when Felix Xabier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. After having played for 8 minutes, Sergio Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Casas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Cai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casas's Braulio Kimetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Ralondo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Xabier in the 16th minute of play forced Escriña FC's goalkeeper Rigoberto Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Braulio Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Genaro Ralondo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Kimetz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 played minutes, Escriña FC's Tomas Peru shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Braulio Kimetz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Escriña FC reached it. Sergio Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Sergio Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes Escriña FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Martxel.

The wind increased when Felix Xabier made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Escriña FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Naldo to maneuver through the defense. Casas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Generoso Incendio in the 54th minute. In the 57th match minute, Escriña FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Dorio to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Lekubegi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Cai went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Felix Xabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Escriña FC's Juan Martxel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braulio Kimetz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Xabier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Lekubegi having to make a save. If Sergio Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Casas's Felix Xabier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rigoberto Lekubegi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Casas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
