Eliseo Millan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tadeo Amor charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Amor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th match minute, Saladillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Amor to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Cristo Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Gerazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Qwinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Cristo Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Garoa charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Garoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Saladillo AFC booed when Iraola FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Cristo Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saladillo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Luzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Cristo Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saladillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Millan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Iraola FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saladillo AFC:s goal. When Domingo Paio came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Iraola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Paio couldn't finish the play. Iker Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Millan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Terciero, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Saladillo AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Qwinton made a kick off. Cristo Luzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Millan having to interfere. When Israel Hermelando fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saladillo AFC's protests and gave Israel Hermelando a yellow card for diving instead. 54 minutes into the game, one of Saladillo AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 66th minute Domingo Paio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Gerazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Iraola FC's zone, Elvio Terciero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Millan came out of the goal and Elvio Terciero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Elvio Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Iraola FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Amadeo Jakue hit a great ball. Cristo Luzea came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eliseo Millan could save by the left post. The supporters of Saladillo AFC booed when Iraola FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Millan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Luzea's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Paulo Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Paio in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iker Qwinton in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Gerazan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulo Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Qwinton in the 86th minute of play. When Epifanio Garoa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. Epifanio Garoa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Domingo Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
