Saturnino Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Rogelio Ederono charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Ederono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eusebio Diagur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Enrique Berbiz. Bilisman's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Urbez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Berbiz was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Filomeno Urbez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Berbiz having to interfere. If Filomeno Urbez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erubiel Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Izel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lucas Barto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Berbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Barto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Bilisman's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Urbez came free, but Enrique Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plátanos's Filomeno Urbez got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filomeno Urbez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Lucas Barto made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Bilisman booed when Plátanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Bakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Barto in the 56th minute of play forced Bilisman's goalkeeper Enrique Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Plátanos's Erubiel Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Izel in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venancio Hartz during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Venancio Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 65 minutes, Saul Indalecio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bilisman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Indalecio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Bilisman's goalkeeper Enrique Berbiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Barto. Lucas Barto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Plátanos's zone, Santos Izel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Elizardo came out of the goal and Santos Izel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Urbez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Berbiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Urbez in the 87th minute. Santos Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erubiel Elizardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
