Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mojón's Aaron Ler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Sixto Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Mojón's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Perutxo came free, but Placido Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Celedonio Mundo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monje's protests and gave Celedonio Mundo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mojón booed when Monje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Mojón's Aaron Ler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efrain Columbo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Pagomari during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Monje booed when Mojón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Pagomari didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, one of Mojón:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, Monje's Genaro Kepa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Placido Polo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Perutxo in the 43rd minute of play forced Mojón's goalkeeper Placido Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Sixto Perutxo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Placido Polo. Sixto Perutxo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Perutxo made a kick off. David Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Monje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Abar to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Pio got free with Efrain Columbo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Celedonio Mundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Columbo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Pio in the 61st minute. Aaron Ler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efrain Columbo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Roman Incendio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Efrain Columbo. Monje's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Horacio Pio might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Columbo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Pio ran back to his position shaking his head. If Aaron Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Monje's Benicio Abar in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mojón's goalie prevented a goal. When Horacio Pio came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Mojón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Pio couldn't finish the play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Aaron Ler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monje's Efrain Columbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Monje's Efrain Columbo got control of the ball when Horacio Pio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Monje's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
