In the 24thth minute of the game Cleto Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mechita's Denis Araoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Mariano Segio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Beliran hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Cleto Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Segio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guatraché's Melchor Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Hanot in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Mechita booed when Guatraché was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Manuel Beliran came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Mechita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Beliran couldn't finish the play. If Mariano Segio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Santos got free with Denis Araoz in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 65 played minutes Mechita got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Tipi. Cleto Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Araoz having to make a save. During the 90th minute of the match Ignacio Primo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ignacio Primo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Guatraché booed when Mechita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Primo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mariano Segio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mateo Argenis fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mechita's protests and gave Mateo Argenis a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Mechita got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Argenis. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Mariano Segio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guatraché's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Segio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Araoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Guatraché players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mechita from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
