Cleto Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Mariano Segio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guatraché's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carcarañá the free kick. If Cleto Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Segio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jacobo Harri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melchor Peio during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Melchor Peio hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Burutzagi in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Loco saved Guatraché from getting behind. Melchor Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Burutzagi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Casimiro Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Cleto Santos struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Jacobo Harri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guatraché. Iker Gabirel struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Melchor Loco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carcarañá. Cleto Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Harri having to interfere. After some careless play in the Carcarañá defense, Cleto Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Harri. The Carcarañá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Harri should have stopped the shot. After 76 minutes of play, Carcarañá's Abel Javiar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melchor Loco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iker Gabirel came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Melchor Loco could save by the left post. The supporters of Carcarañá booed when Guatraché was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Restu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Loco acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sebastian Montel. Cleto Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
