Mariano Segio might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albino Clodio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Segio ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Clodio having to interfere. Bordenave's Albino Clodio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Santos in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Eulalio Nabar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Melchor Loco managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Bordenave's Anastasio Caitano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guatraché's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Celestino Gabrio scored to the left of an out of position Melchor Loco, making the score, 1-0. If Anastasio Caitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guatraché's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bordenave the free kick. After a rather tough play, Guatraché's Baltasar Mergildo got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Cleto Santos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, Bordenave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Erroman to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Segio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cleto Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guatraché's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Clodio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Segio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bordenave's Celestino Gabrio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Cleto Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Clodio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mariano Segio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Albino Clodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Guatraché players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bordenave from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
