Humberto Cordarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Medero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florencio Soin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Rodrigo Aimar was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Igor Bikendi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Igor Bikendi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Igor Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rodrigo Aimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Carlos Galo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrigo Aimar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Rodrigo Aimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Bikendi in the 27th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Aurelio Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Soin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aurelio Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Aurelio Medero made the kick off in the second half. Humberto Cordarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Florencio Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Cordarius got free with Florencio Soin in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Potrerillos AFC's Rogelio Cristofol got a free kick in the 59th minute. Basilio Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basilio Cordeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Aurelio Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Soin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Gonzo in the 71st minute of the match. After 72nd play minutes Aurelio Medero shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Florencio Soin and just under the crossbar into goal. Igor Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Aimar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 86 minutes, Humberto Cordarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potrerillos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Cordarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Cordarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Florencio Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lojlo AFC's Luisito Argider got a free kick in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Medero in the 93rd minute of play forced Lojlo AFC's goalkeeper Florencio Soin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lojlo AFC's Igor Bikendi got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lojlo AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
