Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Yaros FC's Santos Cordarin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgardo Ponc made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Santiago Rocio sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, Yaros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Javiar to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Wheelwright FC's Hector Jaizki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Ponc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Yaros FC's Arnaldo Herensuge got a free kick in the 17th minute. Braulio Milio came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Yaros FC's Arnaldo Herensuge. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Herensuge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 25th minute, Santos Cordarin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Rocio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Edgardo Ponc made a huge save. Celestino Faron charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Faron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Wheelwright FC got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Faron. Arnaldo Herensuge scored 1-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braulio Milio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Celestino Faron was shown his second yellow card after 32 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Wheelwright FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Celestino Faron hit a great ball. Wheelwright FC's Braulio Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Cordarin in the 37th minute of play. Elias Lalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Edgardo Ponc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Herensuge struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Braulio Milio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaros FC. Santiago Rocio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Rocio to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Wheelwright FC were awarded a corner. Melquiades Edwardo went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Elias Lalla managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 57 minutes into the game, Hector Jaizki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wheelwright FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaros FC the free kick. The supporters of Yaros FC booed when Wheelwright FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Santiago Rocio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Yaros FC's Cecilio Giro got a free kick in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santos Cordarin in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Milio saved Wheelwright FC from getting behind. Ramiro Blasco's late challenge caught a Yaros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramiro Blasco helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Wheelwright FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Blasco. Elias Lalla charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Lalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elias Lalla hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Yaros FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Cayetano Cordara hit a great ball. Santiago Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Edgardo Ponc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Yaros FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
