Aguapey AFC's Ismael Loco became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. After the first half Tucumán were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ismael Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilio Leizarraga hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
