Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 5 minutes, Nicanor Ferrer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ñoquebe and the Sorrento players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 8 minutes, Fulgencio Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ñoquebe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Frechoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Erramu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Elija in the 13th minute of the match. Enrique Laurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Roberto Erramu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Eladio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fulgencio Frechoso in the 23rd minute. With a little luck, Ñoquebe's Roberto Erramu got control of the ball when Rene Elija tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Eladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Frechoso in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Sorrento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Bitxintxo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Ferrer in the 66th minute of play forced Sorrento's goalkeeper Paulo Eladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sorrento's zone, Nicanor Ferrer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Eladio came out of the goal and Nicanor Ferrer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Frechoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Eladio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Frechoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrique Laurin might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roberto Erramu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Laurin ran back to his position shaking his head. Paolo Bitxintxo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roberto Erramu firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 96th minute, Rene Elija got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Ñoquebe supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sorrento's performance. The match ended with a win for Sorrento.
