Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Quebrachitos AFC's Horacio Gau started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Rey in the 8th minute of play forced Quebrachitos AFC's goalkeeper Constantino Piarres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimiro Rey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constantino Piarres having to make a save. After 15 minutes, Adrian Arixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachitos AFC and the Anzulón players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quebrachitos AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 16 minutes, Anzulón's Cosme Cresenciano got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Constantino Piarres. 20 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos AFC's goalkeeper Constantino Piarres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonides Txanton. Paolo Etxepare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Esteve Efren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Quebrachitos AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anzulón:s goal. Horacio Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Efren having to interfere. Leonides Txanton struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Constantino Piarres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anzulón. If Horacio Gau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Piarres made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Leonides Txanton sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casimiro Rey to make the kick off. Quebrachitos AFC's Paolo Etxepare got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Esteve Arotza charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteve Arotza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Anzulón got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Arotza. With a little luck, Anzulón's Esteve Efren got control of the ball when Paolo Etxepare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paolo Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nestor Nazario fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anzulón's protests and gave Nestor Nazario a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd match minute, Anzulón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Nazario to maneuver through the defense. Quebrachitos AFC's Paolo Etxepare came free and shot a quick shot against goal 73 minutes in the game, fortunately Esteve Efren had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Esteve Efren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Etxepare in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, one of Quebrachitos AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quebrachitos AFC. The referee gave Anzulón a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cosme Cresenciano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Quebrachitos AFC's Constantino Piarres. 3-0. When Leonides Txanton came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Anzulón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Txanton couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Rey might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantino Piarres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Rey ran back to his position shaking his head. Esteve Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Gau, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Casimiro Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quebrachitos AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
