Rufino AFC's Pablo Gaizko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Argenis in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Eustaquio Argenis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Chasicó's Eustaquio Argenis in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rufino AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A beautiful save bye Rufino AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Eustaquio Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chasicó's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Argenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pablo Gaizko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rufino AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maximo Kaxen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Garci in the 23rd minute of play forced Chasicó's goalkeeper Edgard Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Ariel Vincent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chasicó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rufino AFC the free kick. If Eustaquio Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pablo Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Argenis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Benedicto Matro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Edgard Jerano made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Argenis to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eustaquio Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Abalos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rufino AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chasicó the free kick. After 55 played minutes Rufino AFC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Abalos. 56 minutes into the match, Chasicó's Emilio Faron broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Garci in the 60th minute of play forced Chasicó's goalkeeper Edgard Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Rufino AFC's Felix Demesio tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eustaquio Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Pablo Gaizko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rufino AFC! When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Benedicto Matro put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Edgard Jerano. During the 79th minute of the match Maximiliano Abalos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maximiliano Abalos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 79th match minute, Rufino AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Abalos to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rufino AFC booed when Chasicó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Faron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustaquio Argenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Pablo Gaizko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Matro in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chasicó players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rufino AFC.
