Leon Cristofol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Celedonio Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tucumanao AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Ipar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Anier Shantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Malvin struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Leon Cristofol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saladillo AFC. Ruben Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Manex in the 31st minute of play. Raimundo Malvin scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Cristofol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st match minute, Tucumanao AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. Leon Cristofol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Natal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raimundo Malvin was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Jose Natal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tucumanao AFC's Leon Cristofol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Cristofol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Natal in the 59th minute. Leon Cristofol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Maximino Lamberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Ipar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Malvin in the 73rd minute of play forced Tucumanao AFC's goalkeeper Leon Cristofol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Celedonio Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tucumanao AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celedonio Manex was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Tucumanao AFC's Leon Cristofol got control of the ball when Jose Natal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leon Cristofol came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Saladillo AFC's Jose Natal. But to his dismay, Jose Natal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Serapio during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Tucumanao AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Serapio. 90 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's Mauricio Hunfredo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Maximino Lamberto put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ruben Ipar. Saladillo AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
