Benigno Sengrat charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Sengrat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Abel getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Benigno Sengrat hit a great ball. If Gabriel Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Frutos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Victorino Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Millan in the 44th minute of play forced Abel's goalkeeper Victorino Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Frutos to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Abel got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Rufio. After having played for 54 minutes, Anibal Millan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cazón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anibal Millan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Placido Balendin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Uriel Oliverios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Oliverios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Balendin in the 59th minute of the match. In the 68thth minute of the game Eleuterio Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cazón's Uriel Oliverios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Abel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Victorino Azeari, was totally fooled by Cazón's Emiliano Regis, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 73 played minutes Cazón got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Pirro. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Anibal Millan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 77th minute, Benigno Sengrat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Anibal Millan came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Cazón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Millan couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Uriel Jurgi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cazón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abel the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Uriel Jurgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Frutos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Millan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Azeari having to interfere. If Anibal Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Ignazio hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Frutos in the 97th minute of play forced Abel's goalkeeper Victorino Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Abel supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cazón's performance. The match ended with a win for Cazón.
