Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Palo's Marcos Conrao started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blas Tiso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Honorato Mendebal. Palo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 4th minute, Constantino Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Conrao in the 14th minute of play forced Chorillo AFC's goalkeeper Ignacio Huly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Palo's zone, Alejandro Virila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Mendebal came out of the goal and Alejandro Virila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Gumaro took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorato Mendebal. Honorato Mendebal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Chorillo AFC's zone, Orlando Ishmael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacio Huly came out of the goal and Orlando Ishmael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Chorillo AFC's Alejandro Virila in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palo's goalie prevented a goal. Palo's Honorato Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Gumaro in the 33rd minute of play. In the 41st minute Omar Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Mendebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Alejandro Virila made a precise shot to the right of Honorato Mendebal. Palo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Virila made a kick off. Alejandro Virila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Eneas hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Omar Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Mendebal having to interfere. Silvano Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Bortzaioriz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Omar Gumaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chorillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Gumaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Mendebal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the game, Celestino Pasqual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chorillo AFC the free kick. Celestino Pasqual hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Omar Gumaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chorillo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Gumaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Palo's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Virila came free, but Honorato Mendebal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Orlando Ishmael came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Palo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Ishmael couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chorillo AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
