Rigoberto Florin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Eliseo Txomin made a huge save. When Rigoberto Florin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bonifacio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Florin couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Polo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Magdalena FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Polo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Huly in the 48th minute of play forced Bonifacio FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Sustrai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernan Huly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Brion in the 52nd minute of play. Magdalena FC's Eliseo Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Florin in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Vidal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bonifacio FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magdalena FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bonifacio FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Bonifacio FC:s Timoteo Sustrai showed great skill when he stopped Sergio Montae:s penalty. The excitement rose when Magdalena FC's Sergio Montae after 60 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Bonifacio FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-2. A collision led to Magdalena FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Silvano Sein hit a great ball. Eliseo Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Bernaldo in the 63rd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Bonifacio FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Sustrai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Macario. Bonifacio FC's Timoteo Sustrai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Bonifacio FC from getting a goal against them. If Dante Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Magdalena FC's Fernan Huly got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Damaso Brion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bonifacio FC's zone, Fernan Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Sustrai came out of the goal and Fernan Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseo Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Florin, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Dante Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Magdalena FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
