Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Morillo's Teodosio Colas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Morillo booed when Cieneguita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cieneguita's David Roland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Llorienzo in the 3rd minute of play. Gerardo Urbasa hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. David Roland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Colas in the 7th minute of the match. When Mateo Llorienzo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Morillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Llorienzo couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Colas in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Roland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute of the match Rigoberto Ourente shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Gabon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salvador Cebrian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Gabon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Cieneguita's David Roland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Colas in the 16th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Eulalio Nuxila could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. A collision led to Morillo getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Honorio Ebardo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Colas in the 31st minute of play forced Cieneguita's goalkeeper David Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Colas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Roland having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, one of Morillo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Morillo. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Cieneguita. Raimundo Procopio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hugo Gabon. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eulalio Nuxila was the one to do the kick off. Hugo Gabon came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Cieneguita's Eulalio Nuxila. But to his dismay, Eulalio Nuxila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 57 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Ourente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cieneguita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morillo the free kick. In the 58th minute, Rigoberto Ourente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonides Weterio's late challenge caught a Cieneguita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Weterio helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes, Cieneguita's Raimundo Procopio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hugo Gabon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cieneguita reached it. In the 78th minute, Eulalio Nuxila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genaro Cordeara's late challenge caught a Cieneguita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Morillo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cieneguita:s goal. Raimundo Procopio shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Morillo's Hugo Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Cebrian in the 84th minute of play. Hugo Gabon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Nuxila in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Morillo's zone, Salvador Cebrian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Gabon came out of the goal and Salvador Cebrian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eulalio Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Hugo Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eulalio Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Salvador Cebrian notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Morillo's Hugo Gabon. Hugo Gabon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
