Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Herminio Teyo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Portugalete AFC's Saturnino Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Ricart in the 4th minute of play. Serafino Castulo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Herminio Ferrer managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Saturnino Froila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Ricart in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Portugalete AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fabio Quinito hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Herminio Teyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugalete AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Teyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Fliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Portugalete AFC's Haroldo Chabier got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Froila having to interfere. Ruperto Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ruperto Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Froila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmarcito AFC. Filomeno Calvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saturnino Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Calvino in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Saturnino Froila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Ricart in the 51st minute. Palmarcito AFC's Basilio Fliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Teyo in the 57th minute of play. Basilio Fliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Teyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herminio Teyo hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Haroldo Chabier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Filomeno Calvino came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Palmarcito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Calvino couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Teyo in the 74th minute of play forced Palmarcito AFC's goalkeeper Basilio Fliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Haroldo Chabier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Fliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Saturnino Froila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Haroldo Chabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Fliz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herminio Teyo went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Ruperto Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Portugalete AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
