Eriberto Goizeder charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Goizeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Bolsón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Goizeder. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Urbano Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esperanza AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbano Gorbea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Lorien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Godofredo Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Esperanza AFC's Hernan Berdoi got a free kick in the 19th minute. Godofredo Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Rolado having to interfere. Wilfredo Frechoso's late challenge caught a Bolsón AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Frechoso helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Esperanza AFC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Frechoso. After a rather tough play, Bolsón AFC's Honorio Prejun got a free kick in the 24th minute. Godofredo Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Rolado having to interfere. The supporters of Bolsón AFC booed when Esperanza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 38 in the game by Urbano Gorbea from a close distance when the talented Godofredo Lorien managed to make a qualified save. Bolsón AFC's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Bolsón AFC defense, Urbano Gorbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godofredo Lorien. The Bolsón AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godofredo Lorien should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Bolsón AFC's goalkeeper Godofredo Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbano Gorbea. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorio Miliano made a kick off. Godofredo Felipillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Rosendo Rolado made a huge save. Godofredo Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Rolado having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Bolsón AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Martino to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Esperanza AFC's Sebastian Santiago tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jonas Iban might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Godofredo Lorien. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Iban ran back to his position shaking his head. Victorio Miliano hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Bolsón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Gorbea came free, but Godofredo Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Martino came free, but Rosendo Rolado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolsón AFC's Victorio Miliano got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorio Miliano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Felipillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Rosendo Rolado made a huge save. 93 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Rosendo Rolado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Felipillo. Bolsón AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
