Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nicanor Louis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Silvestre Gonzo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislao Vela. After a defensive mix-up in Itatí's zone, Filomeno Ioritz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Vela came out of the goal and Filomeno Ioritz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the game, Espinillo's Filomeno Ioritz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ladislao Vela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Itatí's zone, Silvestre Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Vela came out of the goal and Silvestre Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Espinillo fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Espinillo's Filomeno Ioritz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Espinillo booed when Itatí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Flor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislao Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Ioritz in the 29th minute of the match. Ladislao Vela came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Espinillo's Filomeno Ioritz. But to his dismay, Filomeno Ioritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 35 minutes into the match, Espinillo's goalkeeper Armando Petri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquilino Palos. Aquilino Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Petri having to interfere. A collision led to Espinillo getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Guaberto Bide hit a great ball. The supporters of Espinillo booed when Itatí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Unai didn't get a good kick on the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filomeno Ioritz made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Espinillo got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Bide. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Espinillo! In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Itatí. Robustiano Galeno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Armando Petri. 1-5. Ladislao Vela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filomeno Ioritz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 59 minute of play. Armando Petri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Palos, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Silvestre Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Itatí defense, Silvestre Gonzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ladislao Vela. The Itatí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ladislao Vela should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Modesto Donio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ladislao Vela. That made the score 1-8 in the 74 minute of play. Armando Petri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Louis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd match minute, Espinillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Gonzo to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, Filomeno Ioritz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espinillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itatí the free kick. Filomeno Ioritz kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Leopoldo Flor made a precise shot to the right of Armando Petri. Espinillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. Armando Petri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Palos, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Itatí fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Espinillo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
