Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcial Sustrai took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Marcial Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Harri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Flavio Kelemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Valentin Jokin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escoya FC and the Sanabria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adan Pancho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eustacio Nicholas. Sanabria's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Gilberto Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escoya FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Urko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Marcial Sustrai came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sanabria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Sustrai couldn't finish the play. After 26 minutes, Fidel Javiero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escoya FC and the Sanabria players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Escoya FC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Javiero. Gilberto Urko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sanabria's Maximino Berto got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Felipe Ermano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Nicholas having to interfere. Escoya FC's Felipe Ermano got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Donato Emeterio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Escoya FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanabria the free kick. After 40 played minutes Escoya FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Emeterio. In the 43rd minute, Sanabria's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felipe Ermano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Raimundo Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Kelemen having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Urko made a kick off. In the 62nd minute Gilberto Urko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match Escoya FC got a corner. Sanabria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valentin Jokin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marcial Sustrai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Kelemen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Ruben Ederono's late challenge caught a Sanabria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Ederono helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Escoya FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ruben Ederono hit a great ball. Escoya FC's Flavio Kelemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Escoya FC from getting a goal against them. If Raimundo Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Ermano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Ermano in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustacio Nicholas saved Sanabria from getting behind. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
